This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open the site, server log files are processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Netlify processes data in the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.

3. Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). Your IP address is transmitted to Google when a font is requested. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

5. Contact and bookings

If you contact us by email, we process the data you send in order to answer your enquiry and to perform a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

6. Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. Payment data is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored by us. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Stripe's own privacy notice applies in addition.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Early expiry for digital content

For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period has ended and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Services

For coaching and analysis, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed with your express consent.
